Returns for online orders

 

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of the original purchase on full-priced items. 

• Returns received outside of these dates may not be accepted.

• Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on sale items, but can provide you with a credit voucher or an exchange.

• Items must be in original new condition, unused, unwashed and with the original tags attached.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment. 

 

To return items purchased through our online store, please email us at alafia@bigpond.com. Please include your name, contact number, order number, and reason for the return.

 

Once you have received our reply, please post the item back to us at the address below. You will be responsible for any shipping charges to return your item.

 

Please use a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages.

If you have purchased your item in our store, please return it to the store with your original receipt.

 

Faulty items

If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged, please email us immediately at alafia@bigpond.com including a photo of the damage and a copy of your original receipt or order number, and we will endeavour to replace your item as soon as possible.
