CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Generally all orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of receiving them. If items you order are in stock it will most likely be shipped the next business day. However, getting orders out this quickly means we’re not able to make any amendments, including changing the billing/shipping address or item style/size, or removing or adding items.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Standard post: We generally send your order the next business day and shipping is approximately 2-5 business days within Australia depending on your location.
Express post: We generally send your order the next business day and shipping is 2 business days within Australia. Items may take longer during busy periods.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Within Australia: You will receive an email letting you know your order has shipped along with an Australia Post tracking number which you can track on the Australia Post website at www.auspost.com.au
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
If you are not home, the parcel will be left in a safe place if it is safe to do so. Otherwise you will receive an ‘attempted delivery slip’ in your letterbox and instructions on where to go to collect your package. To avoid a failed delivery attempt please use an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours, i.e. a business address.

We accept Visa or Mastercard.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE PROMO CODES IN ONE ORDER?
Unfortunately you can only input one discount code per order.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Absolutely! Just get in touch with us within 14 business days of purchase. Items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and include tags.
Please note we do not offer refunds for sale items. However full-priced items that have been purchased with a promotional discount code ARE returnable/refundable. We can also offer a store credit or exchange on sale items. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returns.

HOW DO I KNOW MY RETURN HAS ARRIVED/ IS BEING PROCESSED?
As we receive your return we will email you saying it is being processed. We will then refund you the total amount minus any shipping costs via your original method of payment.
WHAT DOES “OUT OF STOCK” MEAN?
This means the item is temporarily out of stock. We update every item’s availability daily so please check back regularly.
